the point is, that the team worked pretty hard the last few days to 
release 3.8 and this week the research and development workshop is 
taking place (with more or less the same people). what are they doing 
there? talking about TYPO3 3.9 ;-)

so nobody really had time to organize any kind of announcement...

yeah, I definetly need some champagne ;-)
