[Typo3] TYPO3 3.8 and 3.7.1

yes, yesterday i was becoming a bit worried..

i was asking myself: "3.8 is out, and nobody talks about it.. in no 
list... where have all gone? or have they created a new mailing list 
where to have a party maybe with just the Association members? ;)
or did Aliens kidnapped all .dev list just after the upload of the new 
packages.. because they're too "hot"? :-)

ps: i made already two upgrades from 3.7 to 3.8 and everythings really fine.
