[Typo3] Script page type not available

Thanks! This helps, but why is script type deprecated? With 
"page_php_content" I cannot re-use a php script, and how do I pass 
parameters to the script? I need to call a php script from different 
locations with different parameters.

I'm a typo3 newbie, do I miss a concept here?
