[Typo3] Connection error to some part of typo3

Hello,

I have a site (www.ndvf.dk) that runs runs smoothly. But one of my
webeditors seem to have a problem. She can't connect to the main part of
Typo3. She get the backend login, and is able to login, but get an error
as shown on the picture below

She is the only one having that problem - others dont, but the others
are not using the same internet connection. 
 
Can anyone tell me what that might be? She says that an "internet man"
was at her office installing new things/setting up new hardware, but I
can't get an elaboration on what was done. Is it some sort of firewall
problem? But if it is, then why can she get some part of the page ..
