[Typo3] userFunc output in a subpart like ###content###

Hello,

I'd like to know if it's possible to get an included PHP file's output to
be inserted using subparts ...

like

subparts.content = user_lib_file->myfunction

Is this possible?

I've tried a couple of ways don't seem to do anything.
