[Typo3] T3 on PostgreSQL

Joe,

the core of 3.8.0 should work without problems, I have had 3.7.0 working 
with DBAL and postgresql 7.4.x
but. The problem is that there are many many many extentions out there 
that uses native mysql calls....
We use a combination of both worlds.
Mysql for the core and extentions...
But out own created extentions can use postgresql (in near feature for 
GIS perpose...)
