[Typo3] Maintaining Image Proportions in the RTE

Listivens,

When I re-size an image in the RTE, I know of no way to maintain its
proportions, so the image usually get's dsitorted and I have to eyeball
it back to something that looks sort of decent, or edit the size using a
calculator to maintain the correct proportions.
I seem to remember some other RTE which allowed me to keep proportions
while scaling images, but I haven't been able to find which RTE it was.
Is there some setting somewhere which says "do not change image
proportions" or is there some RTE which wil do this for me?
