[Typo3] Problem with REALURL

Hi all

I have installed and configured the REALURL extension...

So far so good, everything seems to work fine...
The template is correctly configured, also the localconf.php file...

I have to following setup and problem...

/rootpage/
	/section1/
		/home/
		/page1/
	/section3/
		/home/
		/page1/
	/section3/
		/home/
		/page1/

If you access for example http://<domain>/section1/home/ the page is found,
but the links aren't prefixed in the HMENU component.

Any ideas?
