[Typo3] error after trying to upload > 2MB pdf file

Just checking, but did you restart the web server?  RHEL 3 it is service 
httpd restart.  I just had the same issue and the only place that stops 
uploads at 2MB is the upload_max_filesize setting in php.ini.
