[Typo3] how to access other sites than the top site?

Bing,

if you have a domain name registered, say bing.com, you could use
testsiteA.bing.com and testsiteB.bing.com (as long as your webserver is
set to redirect all subdomains to the main domain). If you access your
server via IP, no dice.
