[Typo3] error after trying to upload > 2MB pdf file

Hi Jordan --			

I'm having the same problem with uploading PDFs greater than 2MBs in size (through the Filelinks content object) -- but my upload_max_filesize is has already been increased, to 15MB, as has my post_max_size (to 20MB). 

Is there anything within Typo3 that could be throttling file uploads back to 2MB max, if PHP is configured correctly?
