[Typo3] how to access other sites than the top site?

Just create subdomains: Click on list, click on you're sub-page. Next: insert new record -> domain. Add something like: test1.my.edu

I have done this for example while testing http://www.evsite.com I used http://evsite.djluc.com . So I could have a Under construction page.
