[Typo3] how to access other sites than the top site?

Rodrigo,

Thanks for your quick help.  So before getting a domain name for the B 
site, there is no URL for it that can be using on the frontend, right? 
Our situation is we need to have our customers check how the site looks. 
  They usually don't have access to the backend.
