[Typo3] Login Problem on 3.8.0rc1 (BE)

Hi there,

may anybody could help out here? Anyway, thanx in advance...

I am trying to install the rc1 but on my installation I don't get this 
install up and running properly.

its all correct (I guess), but since I installed the new source, I can't 
log in anymore.
There isn't any error message except the login message which shows up, 
if the login is incorrect, but in my case, it isn't; the login is 
correct entered.

when I switch the sources to 3.7.0 there isn't a problem I can log in.
When I switch back after the login, the session is also accepted and I 
can work with the 3.8.0 release. (If I logout,  the error come's up again.)

Any Idea?

I am running

Fedora Linux Core 3
SERVER_SIGNATURE <address>Apache/2.0.52 (Fedora) Server
SERVER_SOFTWARE Apache/2.0.52 (Fedora)
MYSQL CLIENT 3.23.58
