[Typo3] templavoila wizard

Never mind, I figured it out. Apparently the extension impexp exists in 
both typo3/ext and typo3/sysext. And the version in typo3/ext is not the 
same as the version in typo3/sysext. By copying the version from 
typo3/sysext to typo3/ext I was able to get it to work. However, I have 
no idea why this problem occured. Can anyone shed some light on this issue?
