[Typo3] templavoila wizard

Hi

I tried to use the templavoila "new site wizard" under 3.8RC1. However, 
on step three I get the following error message:
|MD5 check failed (header)||MD5 check failed (records)||MD5 check failed 
(files)|

Does anyone know what the problem could be?
