[Typo3] cannot login to BE after change of password

To be more specific, i cannot access the install tool (same password), so 
creating a new admin is not an option. The only time i can come up with is 
to directly edit the database record. So if anyone could point me to the 
correct table to look for.(and i cannot reach the localconf.php file in 
typoconf dir., don't have ftp server running)
