[Typo3] Repetitive Section throughout the site

On one of my sites I have some content generated by TS repeating on 
every page. I do something like this in the TS after defining it:


lib.footer < temp.footer

Then map the div that it lives in from TV, and in the datastructure make 
sure there is a line like this for that element:

<TypoScriptObjPath>lib.footer</TypoScriptObjPath>
