[Typo3] strtotime in advanced calendar

Hi Florian				

according to the PHP documentation the function is defined to accept only english formats
(http://de2.php.net/manual/en/function.strtotime.php). So changing the locales won't help. I faced the same problem when doing the bugfixes for the advanced calendar, as I'm hosting a german site with different timeformat too. Neverthelesse, if somebody has a solution this is very appreciated.
