[Typo3] anchor tag javascript

That is a strange thing to do... an insignificant characteristic of IE
countered by excessive (junk?) code - on EVERY link.

Include:

noBlur = 1

in your TMENU TypoScript

That's to prevent IE from putting a border around the link you just 
clicked on.
