[Typo3] Help! cant get new version/update tt_news

You don't have the rights to install or update a Global extension on 
your server.  You could install it localy:
click to the name of the extension instead of the update icon, and on 
the next page select the vesion and the installation type:Local from the 
dropdown lists.
