[Typo3] Running Typo3 Without ImageMagick

Maybe it's just your path to IM. I think that a relative path should do 
and it should be like this:

$TYPO3_CONF_VARS['GFX']['im_path'] = '../IM';

If you are using the install tool to change the IM path, don't use any 
quotes around the path itself.
