[Typo3] Check for broken links

report of all broken links (as Dreamweaver does, the client is used to 
this tool).

Not sure about a Typo3 tool, but I use Xenu's Link Sleuth
(http://home.snafu.de/tilman/xenulink.html). Free, easy, comprehensive.
