[Typo3] Webplugins>plugins

I had to logout end login again first.
See that I have installed the forum on a page. (only the on a page installed 
plugins arevisible I see)
But now I see I have another problem: I can't install direct mail on a page 
while it's not in the pluginlist.
Don't  know why ; I'll uninstall and install it again on the server.
