Hello Nagita,

It's a commercial site (my own business in leadership strategy). I took me 
about 5 weeks from starting with Typo3 to my first version was finished. 
It had a redesign about two months ago, changing from design with tables 
to design without tables. It's about 10 months since I started using Typo3. 
The site isn't any complicated in Typo3 terms, mostly using functionality 
out of the box with tweaking templates and css.
