[Typo3] relPathPrefix not working?

Sorry folks, my webmailer seems to do funny things, it always deletes the
= behind relPathPrefix.A.

So try again:

relPathPrefix = /fileadmin/css/
relPathPrefix.A = <!-- nothing -->
