[Typo3] Typo3 Beta 2 zip download

I am running Typo3 beta 2 on Windows with Apache and would like to make my 
install available to others since the beta zip file does not contain everything for a 
clean install and I've found that it doesn't work well copied over a 3.7.0 install.

This install is a clean "dummy" install that also has many of my favorite extensions 
included in a separate folder, so the download is a bit over 26 mgs.
