[Typo3] Problems with extension manager

A problem not mentioned in any document or, until now, in any 
mailinglist (AFAIK). :-)

What can be the reason why and the solution for the next problem:
In my list "Online Repository" with extensions, some updated extensions 
are marked with red some not.
In the same list.
It make no sense if they are loaded or available.

Who has any idea?

I wonder.
