[Typo3] mg_helpdesk

Hi list,
anyone using this extension please ?
I'm in trouble, i've set on 2 pages the extension one for user and the 
other for IT.But when with user foem i sent a job in the admin page 
there's nothing...and in the user page there's nothing too...but i 
receive the mail saying that the ticket is registered.
PS : i've set the starting point with the sysfoler i use for the helpdesk.
