Fwd: [Typo3] Date formats for task force extension

Hi that was me that started the date thread. 

Common fomats in the US are 

m/d/y
m/d/yyyy

month day, year as in March 29, 2004

Time format is generally a 12 hour format 12:01 AM or 12:01 PM
