[Typo3] Typo3 vs Plone. What are strenghts and weaknesses?

Hi,

One important distinction I noticed on http://cmsmatrix.org is some
add-ons/extensions to Plone are not free whereas all available Typo3
extensions are free. Of course, custom extensions for Typo3 exist which may
not satisfy this criteria.
