[Typo3] phonebook extension?

Hi all,

We would like to have a phonebook on our intranet site with a simple name 
search. We do have the database ready (not in MySQL, at the moment though). 
Is there any ready extension we could use? I browsed the repository on 
typo3.org, but couldn't find anything. I have the feeling though, it should 
be very easy to realize, but cannot be sure as I am quite new to typo3.
