[Typo3] TV 0.4.0 & CMS 3.7.0

I have just tried to learn to use Templavoila on my existing 3.7.0 
installation.  I installed TV 0.4.0 and css_styled_content  0.2.2.  I have 
apache 1.3.33, mysql 4.0.22, php 4.3.10, linux 2.4.29-ow1.

My current web site is still displaying its content.  But on the backend, 
when I click 'edit' on a page in the tree, it gives the following error 
messages:

 Warning: main(../../../../typo3/init.php): failed to open stream: No such 
file or directory in 
/home/mysite/public_html/html/typo3conf/ext/templavoila/mod1/index.php on 
line 99

Warning: main(../../../../typo3/init.php): failed to open stream: No such 
file or directory in 
/home/mysite/public_html/html/typo3conf/ext/templavoila/mod1/index.php on

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '../../../../typo3/init.php' 
(include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in 
/home/mysite/public_html/html/typo3conf/ext/templavoila/mod1/index.php on 
line 99

As I stated above, the site was an existing Typo3 3.7.0 version of the site 
using templates and I thought I would learn to use TV.

Any suggestions on how I might clear this up is greatly appreciated.  If 
this is a bug and not something that I have done, please let me know and I 
will log it.
