[Typo3] looking for TemplaVoila Manual

Hi list,

I'm actually having a first look at TemplaVoila and are trying to find 
as much docs as possible. After having read the FTB/1 I found a 
presentation from Robert Lemke dating from 2004 saying that there are 2 
main documents about TemplaVoila around. The first one is of course the 
FTB/1 and the second one should be called "TemplaVoila Manual" and is 
said to be a reference rather than a tutorial.

Does someone out there have a clue where to get this doc?
Are there any other ressources you can recommend?
