It was indeed a caching problem. But the problem was not the browse cache. Even after
clearing it the problem continued.

I had to delete all cache-directories of our squid proxy and then recreate them and restart
squid. So the rtehtmlarea scripts/files were cached in the proxy.

I only noticed such a behavour with flash files before ... html always gets refreshed if
it Hit CTRL-reload ...
