[Typo3] Dynamic filename for images with page title in it

Hi all
 
Is there a way to load images on a page depending on the corresponding page
title (or leveltitle).
 
I tried all ways from creating a text item, and get the data by inserting
the variable and setting the insertData flag, to inserting the variable in
the file name?
 
What am I missing?
