[Typo3] addToAllTCAtypes & "Show secondary options"

Hi,

In my extension I (the kickstarter, that is) use addToAllTCAtypes to extend tt_content with two elements:

t3lib_extMgm::addToAllTCAtypes("tt_content","element1;;;;1-1-1, element2")

But I only wan't to edit these fields, when "Show secondary options" is on. 

How do I do that?
