[Typo3] FE user access

Hi Tim, thanks for the hint. I did create a sysfolder, and I connected 
its pid to the login form as described in the tutorial. And everything 
worked as expected - except the follow-up problem in the FE. Obviously 
it was due to the typo3 caching. After setting config.no_cache = 1 
(recommended in the development phase) the problem disappeared. Again
