[TYPO3]Cannot view the page after implementing typo3 multilanguage support feature

Hi All,

I want to implement multilanguage feature of typo3 in my site.I am using the 
second approach mentioned in this 
document:http://typo3.org/documentation/tips-tricks/multi-language-sites-in-typo3/ 
When I view my site in the browser it doesn't show any template and gives 
the error:

Error!
The page is not configured! [type= 0][]

But when I typed &L=1, then it takes me to the template.

Could anybody help me out in solving this problem
