Hi,

A few things, hoping they will help.

> And placed path /fileadmin/logs in install tool

Add a trailing slash (i.e. /fileadmin/logs/).

> config.stat = 1
> config.stat_apache = 1
> config.stat_apache_logfile = log.txt #REMEMBER NOT TO WRITE THE PATH 
> HERE!
> config.stat_excludeBEuserHits = 1

Did you create the "log.txt" file? AWStats cannot create it. And make 
sure it is writable.
