[Typo3] FE Login problem

Is there a session created?  Logout of the backend.  See if there's anything
in the fe_sessions table.  Delete anything that's there.  (There's some
bizzaro 1% garabage collection thing that will clean up stuff if you don't
log out).  Then login with the front end.  See if a session was created in
fe_sessions.  If not, I think the login page is not configured correctly.
If the session was created, probably the restricted page is not setup
correctly.  (Just guesses).
