[Typo3] multiple language and sides static simulate

Hi, that is something I would like to do.Which concept are
you using? Are you using the The "Two-Tree" concept or the
The new "one-tree-fits-all-languages" concept.Iv'e tried
the latter method but cannot get it to work.The icons
doesn't seem to show up.Could someone help me and tell me
how they got it configured.
