[Typo3] Phantom menus in Typo3

You should probably post your TS [ only for the menu :) ] here to get a
good answer to the question. Otherwise, I'd go back to your menu TS and
re-read the TS By Example and TSref sections on HMENU/TMENU [1], [2], [3].
