[Typo3] cannot see Direct Mail subscription

After followed MCU guide I cannot see subscription module, also checked plugin config several times but can't find anything wrong.
 
There's a sysfolder with DM module & ts config.
 
There's a a page with subscription module, template & tsconfig pointing to sysfolder. But when click on menu to get this just see a blank page.
 
What could be wrong? any ideas?
