[Typo3] which calendar extension to choose?

I just looked at this page you suggested which lists all the calendars and 
pros/cons.  I really liked the look of the jw_calendar and have installed 
it.  I was surprised to find that the skin is very different than the 
screenshot that's posted on the site.  Also, all the manual is in German. 
Does anyone know if there are skins available for the calendar?  Thanks!
