[Typo3] Portfolio building

I am working on my first typo3 project. A website for our studio.
I've implemented all the pages of our site with templa volia. (it's not  
published yet)
While working on the projects area of the site I've noticed that I will 
be re- entering the information twice or maybe more times to display 
similar content on different pages.
Tha fact is this
1- I have a full list of all the projects made by our studio With the 
following fields

    * Name of the project
    * Client  
    * year
    * Area (product, graphic, website)

2- There are detailed cases studies this are pages with more information 
about a project

    * Name of the project
    * Client  
    * Year
    * Area (product, graphic, website)
    * Photo   
    * Description

3- There is an alphabetical list of clients with the following fields

    * Client name
    * Area of work

4- Awards
    List of awards with:

    * Name of the project
    * Year
    * Client



I was wondering if there is a way to generate "dummy" pages (just for 
the backend) by client where i could enter :

    * Name of the project
    * Client  
    * Year
    * Area (product, graphic, website)
    * Photo  
    * Description
    * Award


And then program the pages 1 2 and 3 to use the same DS as this dummy 
pages with the templates to generate

1- The list of projects ( the template shold extract the fields name 
year and client and list them by year)
2- The case studies   ( Pages with each page)
3- The Clients list       
4- The awards

Any place to begin studying or any help?
Maybe some extension to tweak?
