[Typo3] substitute template markers

hi all,

i am modifing the html-template for the tt_news plugin.
it contains markers, e.g. in the line
<td valign="bottom">###GW3B### ###LATEST_HEADER######GW3E###</td>

now i want to change the LATEST_HEADER text from "Breaking news" to, let's
say "Good news".
how can i do that?

(i didn't found that "Breaking news" string in my typo3 directory neither
inside the db)
