Well Gert,
Lets go step by step.

You tried the solutions from thee others and it did not work.
If you do what you did you get what you got.
So . . .  another way.

Can you use the install tool? Start it.
Go to 2: Database Analyser
About a screen length down you find the option Create "admin" user.
Create a new admin user.
Login with this (temp) admin user in the Back-End and give your default 
admin a new password.
Try it out. If all works fine you can remove the temporary admin user.
