[Typo3] nested list <ul> <li> in RTE

Hi Christopher				

acutually i don't end up with a nested list... in the above example the nested list disappears when i save it... right after i save the above example turns into:
 <UL>
<LI> Bedrooms & Living Areas</LI>
<LI>Pool & Fitness Center</LI>
<LI>Hot Breakfast Buffet</LI>
<LI>Plus, enjoy the many benefits, including:</LI>
<LI>second list 1 </LI>
<LI>second list 2</LI>
<LI>second list 3</LI>
</UL>

one long list, rather than a nested list. i am not sure if this is a database filter issue that i can configure.
