[Typo3] text content element is short?

OK, apparently when I pasted it in gmail it switched it to a normal quote. I 
think it's a 'right single quote' or something weird. Here. check out

the first paragraph, there's the word "you'll". Try copying that
paragraph.

I'm using *rte_tinymce *for my rte, but I still have the problem even when I 
disable the rte for that page and paste the troublesome paragraph. I'll try 
uninstalling it, but that shouldn't affect it.
